CLAIMS & OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We promise to use our best endeavours to settle valid claims within 15 working days of receipt of your completed claim form with all the necessary information. You should contact One Claims (our claims handlers) within five days of any incident which may give rise to a claim to declare it. The Helpline must be contacted if medical costs above £500 are likely to be incurred or if repatriation is required. Claims for property loss, theft or damage must be substantiated with an original sales receipt or valuation from a third party. Loss and theft MUST be notified to the police. Damaged items must be brought back for inspection.
